I. 安装步骤Installation procedure

(*摇臂基础预埋组件安装步骤请参照第Ⅲ节.)

1) 在灌浆前,将预埋组件(01,02和03) 的位置按照图纸固定.

2) 具体步骤请参照“预埋组件的安装步骤”。

基础位置的标记和确认

1) 在混凝土基础上根据预埋组件的中心标出立磨以及主电机中心线.

出地脚螺栓的位置以及安装垫铁的位置

3) Check the height of each foundation using Y-level and steel

scale, basing on the bench mark by Civil.根据土建基准点用经纬仪及钢尺检查每个基础的标高

5.摇臂轴承底座01&02的安装 Installation of Arm bearing base frame Refer to drawing

等混凝土养护好后(约一个月),摇臂轴承底座需要进行安装,步骤1212

与4相同。After curing the concrete (for one month) the arm

bearing base frame shall be installed, with the same

procedure as the installation of Base frame in Article 4,

1) 验收摇臂轴承底座安装垫板到减速机底座表面的绝对高度Check

the height of the liner base plate from the upper level of the

reducer base frame.

2) 安装摇臂轴承底座Install each arm bearing base frame.

3) 摇臂轴承底座的位置及高度必须严格按照图纸,利用斜垫铁调整The

position and height of the arm bearing base frame shall be

strictly adjusted as the same condition with the temporary

assembling at shop. Adjust taper liners. ±2mm

i) 各底座的位置Position of each base frame: 利用仪表座及铅垂

9.

进风管安装Installation of Wind box

1) 将法兰(ME1VM1103-1)安装到摇臂轴承底座01&02以及特富龙

垫片(ME1VM1103-2)安装到连接梁.Install the flange

(ME1VM1103-1) on the Arm bearing base frame 01 & 02 and

the connection beam with inserting teflone sheet

(ME1VM1103-2).

2) 安装进风管Lift up each division part of the wind box from the

floor level and fix it at the correct position.

3) 焊接进风管环板Attach the ring plate of each division part of

the wind box and weld it to the wind box casing and the

flange of 1) avobe.

4) 调整风管支撑(Detail “K” in ME1VM1111B) 并用螺栓固

定。.Adjust the position of inlet duct support (Detail “K” in

ME1VM1111B) and fix it with bolts.

1) 磨盘与刮板(ME1VM1312)在地面组装Assemble the scraper

1) 磨盘(ME1VM1301)与减速机输出法兰通过两定位销1VM1300

(ME1VM1300-38).定位。The table (ME1VM1300-1) and the

mill reducer shall be set with 2 reamer pins

(ME1VM1300-38).

确保磨盘定位精确。Be sure to adjust the position of the table

precisely, when setting it to the mill reducer.

2) 在紧固磨盘与减速机连接螺栓(ME1VM1300-41)时,请使用插入式

加热器。When tightening the connection bolts

(ME1VM1300-41) for the table and mill reducer, cartridge

heaters shall be used. Refer to the relevant drawing.

3) 安装磨盘中心盖板(ME1VM1300-5)。Install the table cover

(ME1VM1300-5).

4) 安装磨盘保护装置(ME1VM1300-44)。Install the table protector

(ME1VM1300-44) on the table.

5) 确保进风管与刮板之间的间隙,以免导致摩擦。Confirm the

clearance between the wind box and the scraper for

non-touching in each direction.

6) 安装密封环(ME1VM1100-32) ,调整与磨盘之间的间隙。Install

the seal ring (ME1VM1100-32) with adjusting the clearance

to the table.

安装磨盘衬板Installation of Table liner

1) 安装磨盘衬板(ME1VM1300-3) ,并插入板(ME1VM1300-15)以调

整间隙。Place the table liner (ME1VM1300-3) in the table with

inserting the plates (ME1VM1300-15) for clearance

adjustment.

2) 插入磨盘衬板定位块(ME1VM1300-11) ,确认接触面积。Insert

the table liner fitting (ME1VM1300-11) and confirm the

sufficient contact surface area.

3) 如果接触面不够,必须进行打磨。In case of insufficient contact

area, grind the contact surface try and error.

4) 紧固螺栓Tighten the fixing bolts firmly.

1) 用螺栓固定调整环(ME1VM1300-19, 20)和挡料环。

14.安装楼梯栏杆 Installation of Stairs and hand rail

1) 在起吊摇臂总成前Before lifting the arm assembly,

a) 松开轴承螺母(ME1VM1500-25, 26)。Loosen the bearing

nut (ME1VM1500-25, 26).

b) 拔出锥套(ME1VM1500-66, 67)。Pull out the taper sleeve

(ME1VM1500-66, 67).

c) 拔出连接销(ME1VM1500-110)。Take out the pin

(ME1VM1500-110) for disconnection.

2) 起吊摇臂Lift the arm assembly with winding the ropes around

the arm shaft to a main hook and winding a rope through a

hole at the arm cylinder bottom to an auxiliary hook.

3) 安装摇臂轴承座With changing the position of the cylinder

arm, insert the lower half of the cylinder arm into the opening

of the arm bearing base frame and mount the arm bearing

housing (ME1VM1512) on the arm bearing base frame.

4) 调整摇臂轴承座并用螺栓 固定。Adjust the position of the arm

bearing housing correctly and fix it with bolts.

5) 安装垫板(ME1VM1516, 1517)及轴承座挡块(ME1VM1518)。Set

the block liner 01 & 02 (ME1VM1516, 1517) and the bearing

housing stopper (ME1VM1518).

6) 用连接销连接到液压缸Connect to the hydraulic cylinder with

pin.

7) 检验挡块座(ME1VM1221-3)的位置是否精确。Check the precise

position for the stopper seat (ME1VM1221-3) on the

embedded plate and weld the seat.

8) 安装挡块其它零件Assemble the remaining parts for the

stopper.

1) 将喷口环(ME1VM1100-103) 固定在进风管法兰上,用利用垫铁

(ME1VM1100-35),进行调整,然后进行焊接。Set the nozzle

(ME1VM1100-103) on the flanges of the wind box with

inserting liners (ME1VM1100-35), and weld it at the top and

bottom positions to the wind box.

2) 安装导风环(ME1VM1300-47)在喷口环上,如图ME1VM1300 所

示。Install the Armor ring (ME1VM1300-47) on the nozzle at

the position indicated in ME1VM1300 with bolting

connection.

The normal installation procedure for the classifier is as

follows. But it can be changed according to the site

conditions.
