摘要：[Problem] To provide a power tool rotating saw attachable to a power tool and
suitable for cutting or shaving wood. [Solution] A rotating saw 10 is constituted by a disc-
shaped base metal 10a, a plurality of blade bases 12 formed in an outer peripheral part
of the base metal 10a, and a super-hard chip 14 or the like fixed to each of the blade
bases 12. A front face of the super-hard chip 14 or the like is constituted by a cutting face
14a or the like, a recessed face 14b or the like appearing to be recessed backward in a
side view, and an inside front face 14c or the like. Step parts 14g or the like are formed at
both right and left side faces of the super-hard chip 14 or the like to make the thickness
of an inside part smaller than the thickness of an outside part so that an outside end of
the step parts 14g or the like is positioned on the outside of an inside end of the
recessed face 14b or the like. In addition, the length in a blade length direction of the
recessed face 14b or the like is set to be 30% to 65% of the blade length of the super-
hard chip 14 or the like, and the length between the outside end of the step parts 14g or
the like and the inside end of the inside front face 14c or the like is set to be 20% to 40%
of the blade length of the super-hard chip 14 or the like.
