accordance with the rules given in the GB/T 19001-
2008 idt ISO9001: 2008 “Quality Management
Systems – requirements”, GB/T24001:2004
“Environmental Management System” and
GB/T28001:2007 “Occupational Health & Safety
Management System” and our actual conditions. It
is our company‘s commitment to customers. It

GB/T24001:2004《环境管理体系》和
GB/T28001：2007《职业健康安全管理体系》
规定并结合我公司实际情况编制。本《综合
管理手册》是我公司对客户承诺，阐明了我
公司以顾客为关注焦点，满足顾客期望、关
注环境保护、确保员工健康安全要求所开展

activities by focusing on the customer，
environment and health and safety of employees for
enhancing the customer’s expectations and
requirements, and to provide the evidences to
customers or third party certification organization for
Company’s audits. This manual that defined our
management policy and objectives is a regulatory
document describing our Management Systems,
also the fundamental and criteria for all the staff to
implement every respect of management activities.
This manual, as an instruction order, becomes
effective from the issue date. All the departments
and staff shall study it seriously and implement it
thoroughly.
At the same time, C/0 version was invalidated.

的管理活动，并向顾客或第三方认证机构对
企业审核提供依据。
本手册规定了我公司管理方针及目标，
是描述我公司管理体系的法规性文件，也是
我公司全体员工持续开展各项管理活动依据
和准则。本《综合管理手册》作为指令法
规，自发布之日起正式实施，我公司各有关
部门和全体员工必须认真学习，贯彻执行。
同时，2008年8月1日颁布的C/0版作废

1．确保本公司按照GB/T19001-2008、
GB/T24001:2004、GB/T28001:2007标准要求建
立、实施和保持管理体系；
2．向总经理报告管理体系运行和任何改进
需求；
3．确保在整个公司内提高满足顾客要求意
识和环境保护、健康安全的意识；
4．与管理体系有关事宜外部联络；
5．立即汇报任何影响管理体系问题。

I hereby appoint Mr. Liu Yong the Quality Manager
as the Quality and Environmental Management
Representative of the Company, and Song Daimin
as the Health and Safety Management
Representive, their responsibilities include:
1. Ensuring that a Integrated Management System
is established, implemented and maintained in
accordance with GB/T19001-2008 idt
ISO9001:2008, GB/T24001:2004,
GB/T28001:2007 standards.
2. Reporting to GENERAL MANAGER on the
performance of the Management Systems and any
request for improvement.
3. Ensuring the promotion of awareness of
customer requirements, environmental protection
and health and safety throughout the Company.
4. Liaison with external parties on matters relating
to the Management Systems.
5. Reporting immediately any problem affecting the
Management Systems.
