摘要：A circuit () can include a reference circuit () and a start-up circuit (). A start-up

circuit () can include a low threshold voltage reference current device (N) that can pull a

start node () low in a start-up operation. This can enable activation device (P), which can

place reference circuit () in a stable operating mode. Operation of transistor (N) can be

essentially independent of a high power supply voltage and start-up circuit () can include

no resistors.
