可以.我叫姜华,英文名叫JANSEER,1974年10月出生.1996年7月毕业于南通

工学院经济贸易系,所学专业是会计学.1996年8月进入通州市商业联合公司

工作,担任会计工作.1999年9月来到昆山,先后供职于和隆(HOE LEONG)公司,

梅塞尔(MESSER)公司,华美(HUA MEI)公司.长期担任仓储和物流方面的管理

工作.

I’d like to. My name is JiangHuang and my English name is Janseer. I was born in

October, 1974 and I graduated from Economic and Trade Department of Nan

Tong University, majoring in accounting. I have ever been an accountant in Tong

Zhou Commercial Joint Company since August, 1996. After that, in September,

1999, I went to Kunshan and worked in Hoe LEONG, MESSER and HUA MEI

respectively to engage in management in storage and logistic distribution.

因为商联公司改制,我属于下岗分流人员.我到和隆公司是通过人才市场双向

选择的.

Could you tell me why you leave Tong Zhou Commercial Joint Company? How do

you join Hoe LEONG?

Because of the transformation of the company, I became a laid-off workers and I

joined HOE LEONG through the human resource market.

3. 你在和隆公司担任什么职务?有多少直接下属?具体的工作内容是什么?在和

隆公司工作多久?

我在和隆公司担任仓库主管,我手下的员工有12人.原材料仓1人,成品仓3人,

五金仓1人,账务人员1人,叉车司机2人,搬运工4人..我的工作内容有:对整个

仓库的规划和管理;对所有材料的账物管理,确保任何时候帐物数量的一致性;

出货材料的检查;系统单据的检查;对仓库人员的培训,管理及考核;保税材料的

管制;定期盘点,对盘点差异进行检讨.我在和隆公司一直工作到2004年4月.

What position do you act as in HOE LEONG? How many direct employees do you

have? Specially, what is your major task in HOE LEONG? How long have you been in

that company?

I am in charge of storage in HOE HOLNG and there are 12 employees in my

department. One is in raw materials storehouse; the other two are respectively in

hardware storehouse and accounting. Three persons are in finished product storehouse

and also there are two forklift drivers and four cargadors. Specially, my major task is

laying out and managing the whole storehouse and managing the account of all the

materials to ensure that the number of goods is in conformity with the account at all

times. Besides, it also includes checking the shipment materials and the check-up of

the system bills of documentation; training and examining the employees in

storehouse and making an inventory periodically, meanwhile ,we would analyze the

problem during the check-up. For me, I worked in the company till April, 2004

和隆公司是一家由新加坡和隆集团投资,主要从事PVC管材,管件的制造和销售.

公司大约有120个左右的员工.2002年销售额5000万人民币.我刚进公司时担任

生产部经理助理,主要从事生产统计和计划协调,2000年5月被上级调到储运部担

任仓库主管.我2002年结婚,2003年买房,而当时的薪水只有1800元,经济压力比

较大,正好梅塞尔有这么一个机会,薪水有4000元一个月,所以我就选择跳槽到梅

塞尔工作了.

What's the scale of HOE LEONG Company? What kind of company is it? What is the

main product of it? How about the company’s position in market? Are you a Director

of warehouse when you join the company at the beginning? You have been working

there for a long time, why do you want to leave?

HOE LEONG is a company invested by Singapore HOE LEONG Group which

engages in the manufacture and sales of PVC pipe. There are about 120 employees in

this company and in 2002, the annual sales figure is about 50,000,000 RMB. I was a

manager assistant of productive department when I first went into the company,

mainly engaging in the statistic of production and coordination and in May, 2000 I

was promoted to be in charge of warehouse in the Storage and Transportation

Department. I married in 2002 and bought an apartment in 2003, but my salary is only

1,800 RMB, I was under heavy financial pressure. At that time, MESSER gave me a

good job offer with the salary of 4,000 RMB per month, so I decided to switch to

MESSSER.

5和隆公司有多少种原材料和成品?你是怎样做到帐物一致的?你是怎样管理下属

的?你们多长时间盘点一次?如果盘点发生差异怎么办?

和隆公司的原材料比较简单,主要就是PVC树脂和几种辅料.成品有1000多种.要

想做到帐物一致,必须要做到入库和出库的真实准确.因此我每天都要对入库和出

库进行抽查,发现问题及时纠正,如果同一问题发生3次,我就对该员工进行调换.

我还对所有单据进行审核,禁止不符合规定的出库和入库.另外我还要求仓管员对

自己管理的产品不定期进行整理和自我盘点.认真做到以上几条,就能确保账 卡

物的一致性.对员工的管理我遵循:知人善用,严格管理的理念.了解员工的性格特

点,工作的长处与缺点充分调动他们的工作积极性.我在和隆公司的几年,每年盘

点一次,差异都非常小,上报总经理后在系统内进行核销.

How many kinds of raw materials and finished products in HOE LEONG? How did

you do off-line? How did you manage your employees? How long have you made an

inventory? What would you do if there was a difference?

The raw materials of the company are relatively simple, mainly including PVC resin

and other auxiliary materials. There are over 1,000 finished products, In order to reach

the unity of the storage in an out; I have to make sure the reality of the database. I

made the random check every day to find the problem and solve it in time, if the same

problem occurred three times, I would exchange the employee. I also look over all the

bills of document to prohibit the goods with quality not up to standard. Meanwhile, I

also required the employees in warehouse to clean up the products they managed and

to make a self-inventory. I believe if the above things I mentioned can be done well,

we can make sure the unity of storage. As for staff management, I think we should

have strict management and have deep understanding of employees’ merits and

drawbacks to arise their activities. Since I have been working in HOE LEONG for a

few years, there was very small difference of inventory in every year, after that I

would gave a report to general manager to write off.

仓库主管的工作.一共管理5名员工,仓管员4人,运输助理1人.我的工作内容有:

负责仓库的日常工作的贯彻实施;仓库5S和相关制度的实施;仓库设备的保养和

What was your major task in Messer? How long have you been in Messer? Can you

introduce us the basic information about Messer? Messer is a German-funded

company, mainly engaging in the manufacture and sales of large-scale cutting

machine, who is one of the leaders of cutting machine in the world and is also one of

the world's top 500's Group. There were over 150 employees in the company and I

was in charge of the warehouse. My direct subordinates include 4 warehouse men and

1 transportation assistant. My major tasks were: to be responsible to administer the

implementation of the daily work in warehouse; taking good care of the equipments

and repairing them; training the new and old staffs; ensuring the task can be finished

on time and the management of the ABC classification successfully.

7你刚才提到A B C 管理法,那为什么要在仓库推行A B C管理法,你是如何推行

A B C管理办法的?我在梅塞尔公司的时候用4名仓管员管理4000多种原材料,

他们的工作量是很大的.为了节约成本,提高效率,把库存降低到最少,所以要推行

A B C分类管理.具体分3步:首先收集和分析数据;再根据它们的单价使用频率确

定分类,20%为A类,30%为B类,50%为C类.最后确定重点管理要求.它的优点是

能合理分配工作量,对重点物资着重管理.

Just now you have mentioned the ABC management, why did you want to

introduce the method in warehouse? How did you apply the new method?

There are only 4 warehouse men managing more than 4,000 raw materials in Messer,

they have huge workload. To reduce costs and boost efficiency and to reduce the stock

to zero, I decided to apply the ABC management. There are three stages: first,

collecting and analyzing the data, and then according to the data and using efficiency

to classify the raw materials. 20% is for class A and 30%for Class B and 50%for class

C, finally, the key point is to make sure the requirement of management. The

advantage of the ABC management is that the workload can be allotted in reason and

to manage the most important goods.

我们根据销售部门的发货请求,通知第三方物流到公司装货.同时审核他们的相关

证件,确定运输路线和价格.

According to the consignment request of the sales Department, we would inform the

third party to load and at the same time I must look through their relevant certificates,

so that we could make sure the routes and price of the transport. Why I left the MA

ESSER was because I was invented by the general manager of HUA MEI, he was my

classmates in senior high school.

我在华美公司担任资材经理,直接下属有12个,原材料仓2个,半成品仓1人,成品

仓7人,帐务人员1人,叉车司机1人.我的工作内容有:负责整个仓库的管理,包括

人员,设备及存货;仓库5S的实施;确保及时准确地进行原材料及辅料的收货与发

I was a material manager in HUA MEI and I have 12 direct subordinates, two for the

warehouse of raw materials, one for half-finished products stores, seven for finished

products stores; one for accounting and one for forklift drivers. My major tasks were:

to be in charge of the whole management of warehouse and personnel, equipments

and stocks, ensuring the delivery of raw materials and auxiliary materials accurately

and updating the stocks in time to make sure the unity between stocks in warehouse

and the record in system and I also organized the daily inventory and weekly

inventory and communicated with other relevant departments, and also produced and

transported the office stationery. HUA MEI mainly engages in the manufacture and

sales of plastic products and there're 250 employees in it.

What’s your salary in HUA MEI? Why did you want to leave? My salary is 7100

RMB per month in HUAMEI and added with the bonus at the end of the year, my

total income is about 100 thousand. Because I wasn’t adaptable to the HUA MEI

family partnership, I decided to make a Job-hopping.

11 你如何面对工作中的一些特殊情况?比如生产急需某种原料而又没有领料单,

同一种物料有几种物料号,或者说一个料号对应几种物料.你是如何处理与生产,

采购等部门的关系的?工作中难免出现特殊情况和差错,对于借料需要部门经理

以上的签字许可,事后及时补办手续;对于串号,我们自己要分清,再和技术部门沟

通解决.仓库是一个服务部门,同时也是管控部门,我们要在坚持原则的情况下及

时准确地为其他部门提供服务.对于员工错误,如果是可原谅的缺失,主要以教育

帮助为主,对于不可原谅的错误,应当按照公司规定坚决予以处罚。

How do you deal with some special situations in your work? For example: if you

are in dire need of some kinds of raw materials but you don't have the receipt and

there are several materials numbers for one material or just one number for several

materials. How do you deal with the relationship between your department and the

production and purchansing department?

The special situations and problem often occur inevitably during work, if we want

to borrow materials we should need a department managers' signature permission and

then completed the required formalities, for the wrong numbers, we must distinguish

themselves and offer service under our principle for other departments in time. If the

mistakes were done by the staff could be made up, we would mainly educated he to

avoid the same mistake next time. But for the most serious mistake, we were firm in

punishing him.

disadvantages?

I’ m sorry, I’m not very fluent in English, may I answer this question in Chinese?

I have over 10 years working experience and I am very loyal and reliable,

meanwhile, I am so responsible for my work and I can have a better understanding of

the intentions of superiors and can implement resolutely. My disadvantages are my

spoken English still need to improve and sometimes I am pursuing of quick results.
