mixture. After that, she gently folded the blueberries into the mixture.
Sue spooned some of the mixture into each cup of the muffin tin. Then Mom put the muffin
pan in the hot oven. Now, all they had to do was wait for about 20~25 minutes for the muffins to
bake. Through the glass oven door, Sue watched the muffins rise and brown.
After 25 minutes, Mom tested whether the muffins were done by sticking a toothpick in one.
"If the toothpick comes out clean, they're done!" she said.
That morning, Sue and Mom had warm blueberry muffins and milk for breakfast. Sue
especially enjoyed her breakfast because it featured her very own muffins!
