America and China are two of the most important countries in this world today.
They share some vital similarities such as general situations. On the other hand, there
are some differences exist between America and China like culture, both quality and
quantity of military forces.
There is no doubt that the general situation of China is very similar to that of
America. United States has the second large size of land in the world, China is the
third one. Both of them have a big size of land. China has 36 provinces and America
manages 50 states. The number of parts what make up of the countries is so many.
Not only America but also China has more than ten million populations in each
country and these data are nearly at the top of all the countries. Both the US and
China, which respectively account for the first and second large of economic
aggregate, are the two most important economics in the world.
While the general situation between America and China is around the same, the
differences of culture of these two countries are obviously. United States people,
unlike Chinese, they pay more attention on individual issues. Americans care more
about personal rights than Chinese and they are not need to do something what they
do not want to do. American children grow up more independent than Chinese ones.
In contrast, Chinese culture tends to focus on collective benefit and encourage people
sacrifice their personal benefit to accomplish organizations or companies subject. In
order to finish the targets, stuffs may have to do something what they do not want to
do such as working more than eight hours per day.
Not only just some culture area but also the quality and quantity of military
forces exist differences between China and America. There is no person could doubt
about the United States military forces is the most modern, professional and full of
combat experience ones all around the world. They have thousands advanced combat
airplanes and eleven nuclear power aircraft carriers. Thousands battle professors study
and create new technology, weapons and skills what can be use during the war every
day. Unlike America, People Liberation Army of China, which has 2.3 million
soldiers, is the largest military forces in the world. They have nearly five hundred
modern fighters and only one aircraft carrier.
In conclusion, while the two countries offer the similar general situation, they
differ widely in culture and some area of military forces. Both America and China are
have huge influence in the world. If they could abandon pride and prejudice and
cooperate successfully, they can lead the global development and make the world
better than now.
