6.设备故障现象与解决方法
故障现象
接HDMI信号线后无显示
解决方法
1.未接电源线供电或者供电不足。
2.设置菜单检查信号源是否设置为“HDMI”或者自动。
3.重插或者更换HDMI线。
Windows系统下如何设置分屏 系统设置里找到“屏幕分辨率”这一栏设置。
Type-C一线同屏无显示 1.确认设备的Type-C接口带视频输出功能。
2.确认连接到显示器的Type-C信号源接口。
3.设置菜单里检查信号源是否设置为“Type-C”或者自动。
4.重启或者更换Type-C线。
5.确认手机是否有一线同屏功能，若无则需要另外购买同屏线，具体联系我司客服。

A. Connect the mobile phone with Type-C full function through the
double-ended Type-C cable to achieve all function of mobile being
displayed on portable monitor.
B. Connect the laptop /Switch with Type-C full function through the
double-end Type-C cable to achieve extended display or duplicated
display.
C. Connect computer/XBOX ONE and other HDMI devices through an
HDMI cable.
