摘要：PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a probe head for a three-dimensional

measuring instrument capable of exerting high measurement precision while realizing

ON: A probe head for a three-dimensional measuring instrument

concerning one embodiment of the present invention is equipped with: a first elastic

mechanism; and a second elastic mechanism. The first elastic mechanism is symmetrically

constituted to the center of a first object, and displaceably supports the first object in a

first direction by elastic force. The second elastic mechanism is constituted inside the first

object so as to be symmetrical to the center of a second object arranged inside the first

object, and displaceably supports the second object in a second direction orthogonal to
