1. 包装要求packing instruction

1、包装方法：在托盘上依次放纸盖、纸框、大塑料袋、护角（4个），再放隔板、井

字形隔板，每层放81个零件，共放六层，共486只。最上面放合格证一张，合上大塑料袋

并封口，上面放一层隔板，最后用透明胶将纸框的两个门封住。

3、大塑料袋由采购科依据实际包装效果组织订货。

Purchase department buy big plastic bags according to the actual packing

effect.

4、纸箱要防水、防潮、抗冲击。

The carton should be waterproof,damp-proof and shockproof.

5、纸框两个大侧面的其中一面贴一张纸框标签（格式见表一),并将相应栏目填写完整，

同时在如图二所示的相邻两面各粘贴一张条形码（福特A：贴BZ-福特节流阀体-6;福特B：

贴BZ-福特节流阀体-7;福特C：贴BZ-福特节流阀体-8）。

Paste a label on one of the bigger sides of the sleeve(Format see table 1),fill in

all the columns and paste a piece of bar code on each side showing on figure 2.

6、运输时，采用小集装箱式包装，小集装箱中大纸框两个大侧面的其中一面的正中间

位置分别粘贴如图三所示的标签,托盘上每层放6箱，请打"井"字形打包带（如图二）。
