摘要：PURPOSE:To make it possible to perform quick analysis at high sensitivity by

using insoluble polysaccharide which is formed as particulates for a non-diffusing

substrate in an immunological analysis element wherein a substrate layer containing the

non- diffusing material that forms diffusing material with enzyme is provided.

CONSTITUTION:In an immunological analysis element, a reagent layer 12 and a substrate

layer 14 are laminated on a light transmitting supporting body 10. The substrate 14 is

formed of aqueous permeability material and contains the non-diffusing substrate which

is the substrate of enzyme that is bonded to an antibody as a label. It is preferable that

the non-diffusing substrate is insoluble polysacchride which is ground and classified, e.g.

starch of carboxylmethyl which undergoes alkali denaturation or thermal denaturation.

The reagent layer 12 contains reagent component for detecting the diffusing material

which is diffused and moved from the layer 14. When an object to be measured is a low-

molecular antigen, a specimen, a macromolecular antigen and an enzyme-label antibody

are mixed and made to react competitively. The mixed liquid is dropped on the layer 14,

and analysis is performed. In the case of the antigen having the high molecular weigh,

only the specimen and the enzyme-label antibody are mixed, and the reaction liquid is

dropped on the layer 14.
