The metalizing and primer shall be applied within 4 hours after re-sandblasting. If rust is

Environmental

The substrate temperature from start of the painting application process to finalizing

of the painting application process must be minimum 10° Celsius. Furthermore

substrate temperature shall be minimum 3° Celsius above the dew point on the entire

surface that is to be surface treated, the relative humidity must be lower than 85%

The paint temperature during application shall be between 15 and 35 °C,unless

先将漆(55217) 用搅拌器 45º方向搅拌,使油漆浓度均匀,再将固化剂(95370) 按照

1Kg:0.12Kg的重量比率添加到已调和好的漆中并充分调和。再将稀释剂(08080) 按照 0.04Kg-

0.12Kg的重量比率进行添加并充分调和。油漆调配后 2 小时(20℃)内必须用完,超出使用寿命,

停止使用。Stir paint (55217) with 45º direction to balance paint concentration, and add curing

agent (95370) with 1Kg:0.12Kg to paint and fully stir. And then add diluents (08080) in

accordance with ratio of 0.04Kg-0.12Kg and fully stir. Filter the paint with filter of 200

meshes and remove impurity. Mixed paint must be used up within two hours(20℃), which must

not be used when out of service life.

以下验收标准适用:

The following acceptance criteria shall apply:

1.所有单点膜厚的算术平均值必须大于或等于NDFT;

the arithmetic mean of all the individual dry film thicknesses shallbe equal to or greater than the nominal dry

film thickness (NDFT);

2.单点膜厚必须大于或等于NDFT的90%,单点读数不能用表面状况来弥补修整数值;

all individual dry film thicknesses shall be equal to or above 90 %of the NDFT. The individual readings shall

not be corrected inorder to compensate for the surface profile;

3.单点膜厚在NDFT 90%-100%之间的点数必须少于总测量点数的10%;

individual dry film thicknesses between 90 % of the NDFT and theNDFT are acceptable provided that the

number of thesemeasurements is less than 10 % of the total number of individualmeasurements taken;

4.单层油漆膜厚不大于NDFT的三倍,最终总膜厚不大于“Total NDFT”的三倍。

For each coat of paint the dry film thickness (individual value)must as a maximum be three times the

specified m dry film thickness for the total system:maximum three times the “total NDFT”.
