成功解决win7不能重装ie9的问题（重整版）

CSDN密码被盗，今天刚找回，原来文章被删除，里面具体内容忘了，但是检索标题，从学步园找到了别人拷贝的文章内容……也不知道该不该开心，重新转载过来，问题这是我6、7年前的原创……下面是重整的正文，原文被放在了回收站，但是恢复以后不能重新编辑，就重新整理发布出来，由于原文章还有别人的评论，也在最后一并附上：

win7，64位旗舰版，安装sp1前，因为怀疑ie9不是64位的，果断删除（在升级补丁里可以看到）。之后后悔莫及。

重新下载安装，失败，提示未知错误，重启不重启的，折腾很久，无果。

因为一直没有装64位的sp1，就顺便装了下，我认为这个后最后的成功安装没有关系，只是备案参考。

sp1安装成功后，仍然不能。遍寻网络资料，发现可以检查“c:\windows\ie9_main.log”，里面有每次安装失败原因的记录。如下：
