摘要：The invention relates to a method for producing a light-emitting component.
According to the inventive method, after a sequence of layers (2, 3, 4, 5) has been formed
on the front face of a basic substrate (1) consisting of semiconductor material, said
sequence of layers containing at least one active layer, the basic substrate (1) is removed
at least partially and the sequence of layers (2, 3, 4, 5) is connected to an external
substrate (9). The basic substrate (1) is removed by means of wet-chemical etching in an
etching agent which acts selectively on the material of the basic substrate. A first metallic
contact layer (7) is then applied to the rear face (6) of the sequence of layers (2, 3, 4, 5),
said rear face facing towards the front face of the base substrate which has been
removed, and a second metallic contact layer (10) is applied to the front face of the
external substrate (9). The now-covered rear face of the sequence of layers (2, 3, 4, 5) is
connected to the covered front face of the external substrate (9) using heat, by means of
eutectic bonding.
