Collection Recess Mounted Paper Towel Dispenser and Waste Receptacle unit shall hold and dispense 475 standard

multi-fold or 350 standard C-fold paper towels and shall have a waste capacity of 2.96 gallons (11.2 liters). Cabinet full

door shall be drawn seamless and shall have bowed front face and gently radiused edges to provide added strength and compli-

mentary appearance for modern washroom aesthetics. Door, towel dispenser, frame, waste receptacle and cabinet shall be 22

gauge type 304 stainless steel alloy 18-8. All exposed surfaces shall have a satin finish and shall be protected during ship-

ment with PVC film easily removable after installation. Towel dispensing slot shall have a fully hemmed-in rolled edge for

snag-free dispensing and user safety. Dispenser door shall be attached to cabinet at side with a full-length 9/64" diameter

(Ø3.5) heavy-duty stainless steel multi-staked piano hinge and shall be held closed with a flush rimless tumbler lock keyed

alike to other ASI washroom equipment. Waste receptacle with internal bag-hanger hooks shall have a fully hemmed top

edge for safety and a rear handle for service ease and is retained by a tumbler lock keyed alike to other ASI washroom

equipment. Face trim shall be 1-1/16" (27) wide formed from one piece with no miters, welding or open seams and have

1/8" (3) radiused return to wall. Structural assembly of body and door components shall be of welded construction.

INSTALLATION

Recess mount unit in wall using four (4) № 8 self-tapping flat head screws (by others) through concealed mounting holes pro-

vided. For compliance with ADA Accessibility Guidelines install unit so that towel dispenser slot is 48" (1219) maximum

above finished floor (AFF) if clear floor reach access is provided. Install unit for general utility with bottom edge 40" (1016)

AFF.

Rough Wall Opening (RWO) required is 11-1/4" W x 26-7/16" H x 3-15/16" D (286 x 672x 100)

OPERATION

Towels are self-feeding upon user manual demand until supply is depleted. Unit may be reloaded with a partial load in-

place and will continue to feed properly. Towels are replenished and waste receptacle is emptied manually on a cycle deter-

mined by maintenance needs. Locked door and waste receptacle prevents unauthorized access or removal.

SPECIFICATION

Surface Mounted Sensor Hand Dryer With Cast Iron Cover shall operate automatically from IR sensor that shall activate dryer

when hands are placed in sensor zone. Motor and heating element shall have internal resetting automatic thermal protection.

Cover shall be fabricated of one-piece, heavy-duty cast iron 1/4" [6,4] thick, and shall have all exposed surfaces finished with

acid, chip and scratch resistant porcelain enamel. Fixed directional air vanes shall be heavy duty, rust proof and tamper resistant.

Air intake slots shall not allow access to internal parts. Back plate shall be furnished with vibration isolating mounting bushings.

Circuitry shall have self-adjusting time-out and fail-safe off protection controlled by a microprocessor that shall detect and reject

false signals and shall automatically self calibrate to provide uniform sensitivity over its entire life span. Entire unite shall be

internally electrically grounded. Dryer unit shall have

INSTALLATION

Unit is surface mounted on wall with four (4) 1/4" screws, washers and bushings (supplied) through rubber grommets

(supplied) in a corrosion protected formed heavy steel back plate into suitable prepared mountings (by others) or other

suitable mounting hardware (by others) to suit wall conditions. For masonry walls use expansion bolts or anchors for

1/4" (6) screws. Electric service of 100-240VAC 20A 50/60 Hz (provided by others) is brought to RWO at location for

dryer indicated on diagram above and is hooked up (by others) in accordance with schematic and Owner’s Manual provided

with unit. Electrical service is supplied and connected (by others) prior to installing cover. Cover is secured to back plate

with two (2) hex socket security screws (supplied). For compliance with ICC/ANSI A-117.1-2003 and 2010 ADA

Accessibility Standards for adults, install unit with bottom of sensor lens 48" [1219] max AFF (Above Finished Floor) if

unobstructed reach access is provided or 44" [1118] max AFF if forward reach over an obstruction (e.g. vanity or commode)

with reach depth greater than 20" [508] and less than 25" [635] is only provided. For general utility install unit so that

bottom edge of dryer is 54" to 56" [1372 to 1422] AFF. For two or more dyers, dryers should be no closer than 24" [610] on

center. See OM and Template MT & IG supplied with unit.

OPERATION

Dryer is activated by user placing hands under sensor. LED in sensor array shines blue light during operation to guide user to

optimal hand placement for shorter drying time. Dryer automatically shuts off after time-out when user removes hands from

sensor zone.

Recess Mounted Stainless Steel Horizontal Baby Changing Station shall protrude no more than 3/8" [10] from wall

when in retracted position. Unit shall comply with ASTM F2285-04 and EN 12221-1. Unit shall support a static

load of 300 lbs (136,1 kg) and be tested in excess of 350 lbs (158,8 kg). Unit shall be fabricated of non-porous plastic

(FDA approved HDPE) tested according to ASTM G21 and ASTM G22. Unit shall contain a door facing and wall

flange dress trim of satin finished 18 gauge [1,3] type 304 stainless steel. No parts of the operating mechanism shall

be accessible when unit is open or closed to provide a tamper-resistant and pinch proof user environment. Unit shall

have a damped gas spring to assist user in opening and closing bed tray with the use of one hand. Unit shall be pro-

vided with one integral heavy-duty bag hook. Unit shall provide a bed-liner dispenser that may be easily converted to

a multi-fold towel dispenser with no adapters. Unit shall provide graphics and instructions in four languages on interi-

or back. Unit shall be provided with an adjustable two-part vinyl coated child protection safety-strap mounted with

concealed fasteners on high walls of cradle. Entire unit shall be assembled of completely sealed components to pro-

vide easy cleaning and no penetration zones to harbor microbes or bacteria. Unit shall mount on standard stud wall

dimensions and with proper anchoring may mount on all suitable wall constructions. Mounting fasteners shall be con-

cealed after installation using color matched recess plug-covers supplied. Unit bed tray and back shall be light grey in

color and entire unit shall be recyclable at end of usable life. Unit shall be warranted for five (5) years against defects

INSTALLATION

Installation instructions along with operation and maintenance manual are provided with each unit. Unit is recess

mounted using hardware supplied through concealed mounting holes. Hardware kit supplied has fasteners suitable for

metal or wood stud walls in dry locations and general hollow wall construction where adequate substrate strength is

obtained. Fasteners and anchors for masonry walls are not provided. Wall reinforcement must be suitable to sustain

transfer of maximum unit loading. Mounting hole plug covers are supplied to conceal fasteners after installation.

Provide rough wall opening (RWO) of required depth from face of finished wall. Mount unit in properly framed

RWO using four (4) № 10 x 1-1/2" [M5x38] self-threading pan head screws through side holes. For alternate rear

holes mounting see installation instructions packed with unit. Alternate suggested mounting where wall depth and

framing reinforcement permits is to use four (4) 3/8" x 2" [M10x51] lag screws (or other fasteners appropriate for

wall conditions, not supplied) through mounting holes in rear wall of cabinet. Use washers and mounting hole plug

covers provided.

For compliance with 2010 ADA Accessibility Standards install unit so that top edge of changing table is 30-1/4" [768]

above finished floor (AFF). See installations instructions packed with unit.

If surface mounting this unit using optional dress collar use hardware provided if appropriate or other hardware suita-

ble for site conditions (by others). Follow procedure in instructions provided and as summarized here:

1. Locate wall studs at 16" [406] OC for fastening the station. If two (2) wall studs cannot be used, use two (2)

screws into ONE stud and drill pilot holes and install toggle fasteners securely in the wall at non-stud location.

2. Attach unit to wall studs with four (4) 1/4" x 3" long Phillips pan head self-threading screws through flat washers.

3. Where wall studs are not available attach with four (4) 1/4" - 20 x 3" pan head bolts with flat washers into toggles

or expansion nuts.

OPERATION

Unit platform is shaped to keep a child restrained from rolling out of the bed. Unit is easily opened and closed by

user with one hand in any location and handle cavity is provided on door face for preferred use. Unit is operable

with less than 5 lbs

(22.2N) while not requiring any tight grasping, pinching or twisting of the wrist. Bed liner/

towel dispenser presents liners or towels for user hygiene and convenience. Dispenser lid is provided for sanitary

protection and ease of loading of wipes or liners. Safety strap is easily adjustable by user for baby size and Sure-

Lock latch securely resists opening until released by opposing finger pressure by adult caretaker/parent. Liners/

towels are easily replenished by service personnel as required.

Security Grab Bar shall be fabricated of alloy 18-8 stainless steel, type 304. All exposed surfaces shall have satin

finish. Tubing shall be 1-1/2" diameter (Ø38.1) with 18 gauge (0.048" (1.2) thick) wall. Flanges shall be 1/8" (3)

thick and shall be completely welded to tube end. Each flange shall have three (3) mounting holes to accommodate

Torx® button head machine screws (suggested) of adequate length to ensure proper retention (by others) into wall

anchors (by others) or into other suitable prepared mountings (by others) or with other suitable mounting hardware

(by others) to suit wall conditions.

STRENGTH

ASI grab bars are designed to meet and exceed ADAAG requirements as published in ICC/ANSI A117.1-2003

and CFR 28 Part 36, Federal Register Vol. 56 No 144, 26 July 1991, that fabricated product shall be of adequate

strength to support a load of 250 pounds (113.4 kg). Mounting to the wall is a critical part of the system to meet

this requirement. To withstand the shear, tension or pullout and torsion loads generated by the maximum loading,

the fastener system must be adequately sized. The product is capable of holding in excess of 1350 lbs (612.4 kg)

when properly installed.

SPECIFICATION

Automatic Deck Mounted Soap Dispenser shall hold 54 oz (1600 ml) of liquid soap within the viscosity range of 100 – 3500 cP

(MPa•s) and dispense in cycles of single shot volume of approximately 0.04 oz (1.25 ml). Operation is initiated by hands-free

sensor controlled by microprocessor digital circuitry powered by four (4) D size 1.5 V batteries (supplied by others) in a screw-

locked compartment located under counter. Unit shall have chrome plated brass tubing spout and nozzle housing with a polished

finish over all exposed surfaces and a chrome plated sensor housing. Unit shall have LED’s to indicate function, battery condition

and soap supply level on front face. Below counter tank shall be translucent to show quantity of soap remaining at any time. Tank

shall be easily disengaged and engaged into control housing by push button to facilitate refilling. Concealed switches in control

housing shall allow two (2) modes of soap level indication. Unit shall mount on vanity deck through 1" diameter (Ø25) hole.

Mounting template and Owner’s Manual shall be provided with unit in each carton.

INSTALLATION

Mount spout and sensor housing to vanity with rubber washers and basin nut (supplied) through mounting hole in deck (provided

by others). A ⅜" (10) high spacer is provided for installation with raised rim vanity basins. Mount battery compartment in con-

venient location under vanity deck with two (2) screws and wall anchors (supplied). Install four (4) D size 1.5 V cells (supplied

by others) in under-deck battery compartment according to polarity indication and screw lock cover. Fill tank with appropriate

viscosity soap to correct level and latch into port. Connect control and battery power cables plugs into control unit.

OPERATION

Unit shall operate each time an object is positioned within the sensing range under the spout. A drop of 0.04 oz (1.25 ml) of soap

will be pumped from the nozzle upon each activation. Unit will dispense soap while batteries are at suitable charge level and cor-

rect viscosity soap is present in the tank (red or blue LED is not flashing or solid on). Push button releases tank for easy refilling.

LED will display red flash for sensing, solid red for low battery condition and solid blue for low soap level. Soap is manually

replenished and batteries are replaced on service interval determined by maintenance schedule.

Surface Mounted Jumbo-Roll Toilet Paper Dispenser shall hold one (1) roll up to 10" Dia [Ø254] with 1-5/8" Dia [Ø41.3]

core or 2-1/4" Dia [Ø57] core. Cover shall be 22 gage type 304 Stainless Steel alloy 18-8 with a satin finish. Rear of cabinet

shall have five (5) mounting holes to suit № 8 or № 10 flat head screws. Cover shall be of one piece construction hung on

stainless steel pin hinges and shall be held closed by a tumbler lock keyed to other ASI washroom equipment with key pro-

vided. A viewing slot with clear plastic window shall be provided. Unit shall accommodate smaller core size roll by remov-

ing the rubber core adapter O-rings. Opening on bottom of cabinet shall have stainless steel teeth for toilet tissue tearing on

For general utility surface mount unit within 12" [305] of front of toilet from center line and 31" [787] above finished floor (AFF)

from bottom of unit with five (5) screws (by others) through mounting holes provided. For compliance with 2010 ADA Accessi-

bility Standards and ABA Standards 2015, install unit so that center line of dispenser is 7" [178] min to 9" [229] max in front of

toilet and dispenser outlet is 15" [381] min AFF to 48" [1219] max AFF.

OPERATION

One (1) 10" [Ø254] OD jumbo roll of toilet paper is mounted over 2-1/4" [Ø57] ID core adapter. One roll with (1) 1-

5/8" [Ø41.3] ID core may be used by removing the rubber core adapter rings. Viewing slot continuously reveals tissue level.

Key locked cover prevents unauthorized access or removal. Roll is replaced on a cycle determined by maintenance needs.

Collection Partition Mounted Dual Access Sanitary Napkin Disposal shall accommodate partition thicknesses of ½" (13) through

1-1/4" (32) and shall have a waste capacity of 1/2 gal (1.8 liters) through ¾ gal (3 liters) of dry/solids waste with expandable waste recep-

tacle. Cabinet full door shall be drawn seamless and shall have bowed front face and gently radiused edges to provide added strength and com-

plimentary appearance for modern washroom aesthetics. Full face door shall be 22 gauge type 304 stainless steel alloy 18-8 and shall be

attached to the cabinet at side with a concealed full-length 9/64" diameter (Ø3.5) heavy-duty stainless steel multi-staked piano hinge and

shall be held closed with a flush rimless tumbler lock keyed alike to other ASI washroom equipment and shall have the international

graphic symbol for waste on face. Full face fixed door shall be 22 gauge type 304 stainless steel alloy 18-8 and shall be attached to the

cabinet at both sides with concealed welded and riveted brackets and shall have the international graphic symbol for waste on face. Cabi-

net, trim and push-doors shall be 22 gauge stainless steel with no exposed fastening devices or spot-welded seams. Push doors shall be

held closed and shall be hung on full width concealed 1/8" diameter (Ø3) stainless steel multi-staked spring piano hinges. Waste recepta-

cle shall be stainless steel and shall be adjustable depth to conform to internal space depending on partition thickness and shall have fully

hemmed edges all around for user and service safety. Face trim shall be 1-1/16" (27) wide formed from one piece with no miters, welding or

open seams and have 1/8" (3) radiused return to wall. All exposed surfaces of unit shall have a satin finish and shall be protected during

shipment by PVC film easily removable after installation.

OPERATION

Users push door to deposit waste material into receptacle. Push-door is self-closing. Empty refuse manually on a cycle determined by

maintenance needs by removing waste container and inverting over collection bag. Hemmed edges on waste container provide safety for

service. Locked door prevents unauthorized access or removal.

Turbo-Tuff™ Recess Mounted Sensor Hand Dryer shall operate automatically from IR sensor that shall activate dryer

when hands are placed in sensor zone. Cover and hand drying chamber shall be 18 gauge type 304 stainless steel

alloy 18-8. All exposed surfaces shall have satin finish and shall be protected during shipment by PVC film easily

removable after installation. Cabinet shall be 20 gauge galvannealed steel with a 1/2" [13] wide perimeter trim to lay

flush against wall and shall have concealed and captive hex screws to close cover. Motor and heating element shall

have internal resetting automatic thermal protection. Fixed directional air shall be vanes heavy duty, rust proof and

tamper resistant. Air intake slots shall not allow access to internal parts. Circuitry shall have self-adjusting time-out

and fail-safe off protection controlled by a microprocessor that shall detect and reject false signals and shall

automatically self-calibrate to provide uniform sensitivity over its entire life span. Entire unit shall be internally

electrically grounded. Dryer unit shall have approval and be listed under the re-examination services of Underwriters

Laboratories, Inc. Unit shall be warranted against defects in materials or workmanship for three (3) years. Owner’s

Manual (OM) and Mounting Template Installation Guide (MT & IG) are supplied with unit.

INSTALLATION

Mount unit cabinet in wall recess with four (4) № 10 (M5) screws (not supplied) into suitably prepared mountings

(by others) or other suitable mounting hardware (by others) to suit wall conditions. For masonry walls, use

expansion bolts or anchors for 1/4" (M6) screws. See unit diagram for electrical service cable rough-in location.

Electric service of 100-277VAC 20A 50/60 Hz (provided by others) is brought to rough wall opening (RWO) at

location for dryer indicated on diagram above and is hooked up (by others) in accordance with schematic and OM

provided with unit. Electrical service is supplied and connected (by others) prior to installing cover. Cover is

secured to cabinet with two (2) hex socket captive truss flange head screws (supplied). For compliance with ICC/

ANSI A-117.1 and 2010 ADA Accessibility Standards, install unit with top of dryer hand chamber 48" [1219]

max AFF (Above Finished Floor) if clear floor forward or side reach access is provided or 46" [1168] max AFF if

side reach access over an obstruction (e.g. vanity) with reach depth greater than 10" [254] and less than 25" [635]

is only provided or 44" [1118] max AFF if forward reach over an obstruction (e.g. commode) with reach depth

greater than 20" [508] and less than 25" [635] is only provided. For general utility, install unit so that top of dryer

hand chamber is 44" to 50" [1118 to 1270] AFF. Note that top of RWO is 9/32" [7] below top of unit. For

installation of two or more dryers, dryers should be no closer than 24" [610] on center. See OM and Template MT

& IG supplied with unit.

OPERATION

User activates dryer by placing hands into chamber under sensor. LED in sensor array shines blue light during

operation to guide user to optimal hand placement for shorter drying time. Dryer automatically shuts off after time

-out or when user removes hands from sensor zone. Hand drying chamber should be cleaned (see PCM) as per

schedule determined by maintenance needs to maintain aesthetic appearance and hygienic conditions.
