My anization has a BPA application that runs on Microsoft Edge. I was thinking of automating something on this application using Power Automate Desktop. But when I tried to add a UI element, Power Automate did not capture the UI element correctly and failed to click on that element. So I thought to add the UI element unique identifier manually by looking at the html/css of the application. But I found that there is no HTML element visible in the inspect element window. I tested with other websites, and the inspect element window is working OK but not with this BPA application. I also noticed that this BPA application URL has ".aspx" at the end of it.
What could be the reason that HTML is not visible and What could be solution for creating Power Automate Flow?
Note: I can not share screenshots since it's not permitted in the anization.
Thanks in advance.
